About the Role
My client isseeking an experienced Scrum Master to manage and deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects. This role will suit someone who brings structure, clarity, and energy to software delivery while enabling teams to operate efficiently in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive predictability and quality across agile software engineering teams.

• Mentor and support engineers, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.

• Manage agile ceremonies and ensure project progress is accurately reflected in Jira.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify risks, and support decision-making.

• Facilitate clear communication, remove delivery blockers, and ensure alignment across teams.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent qualification.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and software delivery practices.

• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or infrastructure-as-code is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

• Degree in a STEM discipline (advanced degree preferred).

Desirable

• Experience with software teams working on Big Data or cloud-based projects.

• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and ITIL principles.
